We have some wonderful news to share with you! The Dignity Campaign is entering an exciting new chapter, and we are thrilled to announce that Crystal Kannemeyer, a core member of our team, has stepped into the role of Executive Director. This is a milestone in our journey, and we couldn’t be more excited for what the future holds under Crystal’s leadership.
Crystal's Journey with Us
Crystal’s story with the Dignity Campaign began seven years ago when she first joined us as a volunteer. Over the years, her dedication and passion for our mission have only grown. Four years ago, she officially became the Dignity Program Manager, taking on much of the operational side of the campaign and helping to shape its direction. Crystal brings more than 20 years of experience in youth ministry, along with a deep commitment to serving others, to her new role as Executive Director.
Crystal is known for her kindness, strong work ethic, and her deep faith in God. She is deeply passionate about mentoring the next generation and empowering others to live with dignity and purpose. With her wealth of experience and heart for service, we have no doubt that the Dignity Campaign is in excellent hands and poised for even greater impact.
A Grateful Reflection on 12 Years of Growth
As I reflect on the past 12 years of the Dignity Campaign, I am filled with gratitude. Founding this campaign has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. It has been a journey of growth, learning, and overcoming challenges. I am continually humbled by the grace of God and the opportunity to work alongside such a dedicated team.
Together, we’ve achieved so much, but we know that the best is yet to come. With Crystal at the helm, I am confident that the Dignity Campaign will continue to thrive and expand its reach, touching even more lives in the years ahead.

Although I will be transitioning out of the day-to-day leadership, I am not going far. As a member of the board, I will continue to support the Dignity Campaign and its mission wholeheartedly.
