On November 1st, Youth for Christ Knysna (YFC) hosted a Dream & Dare Day, celebrating the journey of local youth who completed the Discipleship Program throughout the year. The event brought together students from Percy Mdala High School, Thembelitsha Primary School, and Rheenendal Primary School, each of whom had participated in the program to build not only their faith but also their self-confidence and resilience.
The Dream & Dare Day was not just about celebrating the end of a program, but about marking a new beginning. It was an opportunity for the teenagers to reflect on the lessons they had learned, the friendships they had formed, and the growth they had experienced over the past year.
We’re blessed to partner with organizations like YFC that are truly intentional about impacting the lives of teens for Christ.
The event was a reminder of the powerful role that mentorship, discipleship, and community play in the lives of young people. By coming together to support one another, these students left the event not only feeling proud of what they had accomplished but also motivated to keep pushing forward with purpose and vision.
Let’s continue to celebrate the dreams, the courage, and the daring spirit of these incredible students. They are the future leaders, and with faith and determination, there’s no limit to what they can achieve.
